Terms of service

These terms govern your use of TryPublish, operated by TryPublish at https://trypublish.site and https://app.trypublish.site. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company.

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Tell us at hello@trypublish.site if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to use TryPublish to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that you do not have the rights to.
• Generate spam, malware, or content designed to deceive readers or search engines about who is behind it.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent rate limits and usage quotas.
• Connect accounts or properties you are not authorised to access.

You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything the service generates for you. You grant us the licence we need to store, process, and publish that content in order to run the service on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing generated drafts before you publish them.

When you connect a service such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or a publishing destination, you authorise us to access it on your behalf within the scopes you approve. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor on the interval shown at checkout, and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

We work to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features; where a change materially reduces what you pay for, we will give you notice by email.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that puts the service or other customers at risk, normally after notice unless the breach is severe.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, TryPublish is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
